Privacy Policy Effective Date: October 6, 2026 Welcome to the Quotient Terminal mobile application ("the App"). The Quotient Terminal was created by Quotient Software Limited. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By creating a peer user identification and using the application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. 1. Information We Collect 1.1 Personal Account Information When you create a peer user identification to use the App, we do NOT collect any personal account information. 1.2 Information That You Post (“Content”) As the App can be used for social purposes, you may voluntarily share content such as posts, comments, attachments, and other user-generated content with guests that you have invited. Please be mindful that content you share publicly may be visible to your guests and could be downloaded, copied, and photographed by your guests. We do NOT collect any content or meta data or other information associated with content. 1.3 Automatically Collected Anonymous Technical Data To maintain the security and performance of the App, we may automatically collect limited anonymous technical data, including: The problem that caused a crash in the App Version of the App that you are using Operating system and model of the device on which you are using the App. No user or content information Which screens and features of the App are used (for example, that a post was created), without any content, file names, or mainframe names We do not collect any content or user information, or any location data, advertising identifiers, or device fingerprints associated with this Anonymous Technical data Anonymous Technical data is only collected if you turn on analytics in the App, and you can turn it off at any time in Menu → Privacy. 2. How We Use Your Information We only collect anonymous technical data. We only use that information to improve the App. 3. Sharing of Information We do not sell, rent, or trade your anonymous technical data. We may share this information only in the following circumstances: For legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public. 4. Data Retention We retain your anonymous technical data for as long as it is useful. 5. Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate information. Deletion: Request deletion of your user idenification and associated personal data. Portability: Request your data in a portable format. Third-Party Links and Services While the App contains no links to third party websites or services, a user may post such a link. To the extent a link to a third-party website or service is posted by the user, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document and, where required, notify you by email or via post in a corporate App folder to which you have been invited.
